Surprisingly good. December 27, 2008
This radio has great AM and FM sensitivity and I like the user-friendly controls. The only drawback is that the minimal volume (1 bar) is still too loud for quiet environments. Therefore, I use it during my walks, where the increased volume is needed to overcome a street noise.

This radio is easy to use & has excellent sound quality (with the proper head phones or ear buds). The volume can be a little loud if not careful when turning up the volume. Setting the "Presets" can be a little tedious, but once you get the hang of it, this process goes quickly. Very good radio for it's size.

Don't waste your money December 2, 2008
This radio is terrible. FM reception is awful and there is a constant hiss. The buttons are on the side which makes it very easy to accidentally push while in a pocket however it does have a button lockout. This unit also eats batteries. I would not recommend this product.

Nice Radio November 26, 2008
Nice littel radio. Picks up rather well, even in a hospital under a lot of steel. It needs a clamp on the back to slip over the waist of your pants instead of a necklace attachment though. When running, I have to hold it to keep it from flapping all over the place. When walking, it's ok hanging around my neck. Long battery life too.
